Charles HamiltonCHARLES HAMILTON has a distinguished background in Opera, Theatre, Film, and Television spanning over thirty years. He was Resident Associate Producer at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden for nine years and has directed throughout the world and has been awarded a Churchill Fellowship. Charles now lectures internationally and runs workshops for the business community as a Management Training Consultant specialising in Communication Skills and Personal Development where he brings many of the unique skills and techniques used in the theatre to the business world. Participants learn to increase their influencing abilities and to overcome their own fears and apprehensions that block their ability to communicate well with others during meetings, presentations, public speaking, interviews and sales. They learn techniques in the form of a series of practical exercises to improve negotiating and self-marketing skills thereby enhancing their presence, their personal presentation and their communication abilities.

 

Sarah HamiltonSARAH HAMILTON has a postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Studies and is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. For some years she worked as Counsellor in a medical practice and she also has her own private practice. Sarah now works as a Management Training Consultant and is a Senior Partner in Charles Hamilton Associates. She holds courses for business executives on Self-Awareness, Personal Development and Communication Skills. Working with groups and individuals, she focuses on helping participants to cope with the changing conditions of their professional and personal lives and empowering them to realise their full potential.

 

Ian GibsonIAN MICHAEL GIBSON is a experienced business manager with a background in management and business consultancy with some of the major players. He has considerable practical experience in the development and implementation of business information and control systems, leading major development and change management programmes in multi-national corporations. He has acted in a "company doctor" role for UK based clients. As a consultant, he has managed finance systems and organisational implementations, demerger and integration projects with a number of European clients. As a business manager he has held senior management and finance roles in a number of manufacturing businesses. He is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FCMC). Ian has a passionate interest in the business of business and a hard-edged practical approach to his clients' problems.

 

Garth SpiersGARTH SPIERS works as a consultant, coach and trainer to improve business performance. With a focus on the human side of change and a background in the quantitative sciences he is able to make the links between business success, culture and personal attitudes. He is retained by some of the largest organisations in the world to advise on their management of change, team building and training programmes and is accustomed to consulting at the highest level. Furthermore, individuals at all stages in their career call on his skill as a mentor and communications expert to coach them in Personal Mastery. Garth has developed a unique blend of business, psychology and theatre to produce learning that is practical, challenging and inspiring to help individuals reach their full potential and apply it within the work context.

 

Chris van der LeijCHRIS VAN DER LEIJ is based in South Africa where he runs C & G Success Consultancy specialising in transformation management, coaching and training. He is also a professional facilitator and motivational speaker. He has an in-depth knowledge of industries such as IT, call centres, networking, banking, production, retail, hospitality, and 'services' in general; and can offer more than 20 years worldwide experience with a proven track record of dealing with numerous cultures and languages. His programmes, which take him all over the world, incorporate NLP techniques for personal change and self-motivation, as well as group behaviour influencing skills. He studied with Richard Bandler, the founder of NLP, and is a licensed NL Practitioner, Master Practitioner and Trainer.
