BRUCE WEST (Team Building & Development) worked as a communications specialist
with the Royal Air Force Mountain Rescue Service before becoming a Senior
Outward Bound Management Trainer. He is involved in team development, management
skills and change management, delivering to public and private companies.
In 1991 he formed BWT Management Development, delivering people management skills workshops though out Europe. He works closely with companies, coaching and developing managers.
Bruce’s work focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of existing and newly formed teams, and assisting groups through periods of change.
